About these terms

This website is operated by NAILINK BEAUTY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If mandatory consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

Products, pricing and orders

• Prices are in Australian dollars. Taxes are included or calculated where applicable and the final total is shown before payment.
• Product colours can vary slightly between screens, lighting and production batches. This does not limit remedies for goods that fail a consumer guarantee.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, pricing is clearly erroneous or fraud is reasonably suspected.
• You are responsible for checking product, quantity, add-on and delivery details before submitting payment.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, scrape it in a harmful way, upload unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights or use our services for fraud.

Hand to Hand customer referrals

• Hand to Hand is available to customers aged 18 or over after a paid EVERYDAY order is fulfilled and the programme terms are accepted. It is separate from LINK Club levels, LINK Points and creator partnerships.
• A referred friend receives 10% off their first eligible EVERYDAY order. Standard shipping applies and the offer cannot be combined with another merchandise discount.
• A distinct friend counts once after their eligible paid order is kept for 30 days. Every three confirmed friends creates one reward for an in-stock EVERYDAY set with standard Australian shipping. The reward must be claimed within 30 days and has no cash alternative or express-shipping upgrade.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, paid advertising, trademark bidding, buying or selling referral activity, false claims and attempts to circumvent the one-person or one-order rules are prohibited. We may pause, void or review affected progress or rewards while preserving rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, reward and creator-attributed orders do not count. One order has one attribution source and cannot generate both Hand to Hand progress and creator commission.

Creator partnerships

• A product-seeding invitation is a gifted trial for honest feedback. Unless we separately agree otherwise in writing, accepting a trial gift does not require a Reel, post, review or recommendation and does not activate affiliate commission.
• The NAILINK Creator Circle is a separate, invite-only affiliate partnership administered through Shopify Collabs. When activated, the creator receives a personal link or code and eligible net merchandise earns 20% commission after a 30-day hold.
• Returns, cancellations, taxes, shipping, gift cards, reward orders, self-orders and fraudulent or duplicate orders are excluded. Creators must make clear advertising disclosures, such as the Paid Partnership label or #ad, whenever required.
• Any guaranteed content deliverable, deadline, paid usage right or advertising licence requires a separate written content agreement; it is not a condition of ordinary product seeding.

Intellectual property

The Nailink name, website design, photographs, copy, product artwork and other original material are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the site for personal shopping only and may not reproduce or commercially exploit our material without permission.

Liability and consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. Any permitted limitation is subject to your non-excludable rights.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for future use of the site. The current version and date remain on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
